WORKER
We are opening a new children’s home offering high-quality, nurturing residential care for children and young people with complex needs. We seek a values-driven residential care worker to join the team! This role combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities: you will support the Registered Manager to deliver safe, child-centred practice, provide direct care and therapeutic support, supervise and develop staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Team leader
Role summary The Team Leader will play a central role in establishing and running a new children’s home. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will lead a small residential team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care for looked-after children aged 7-17, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership post combining direct care, staff supervision, records management and contribution to service development.
