A Safe & Nurturing Home
We provide a warm, stable and homely environment where young people can feel safe, valued and listened to. Our approach is centred around building trusting relationships and creating a genuine sense of belonging.
Education & Development
We encourage young people to engage positively with education and develop their interests and talents. We support attendance, achievement and future aspirations while recognising that progress looks different for every young person.
Emotional Wellbeing
Our team supports young people to understand and manage their emotions, build confidence and develop resilience. Where additional therapeutic support is required, we work alongside appropriate professionals to ensure their needs are met.
Individualised Support
Each young person has an individual care plan shaped around their needs and aspirations. We work closely with the young person, their family where appropriate, social workers and other professionals to provide consistent and coordinated support.
Independence & Life Skills
Young people are encouraged to develop practical skills appropriate to their age and abilities, including cooking, budgeting, self-care, maintaining their environment and making positive choices.
Our Approach
Where it is safe and appropriate, we support young people to maintain important relationships with family and those who matter to them. We have a particular focus on supporting sibling placements and, where appropriate, working towards successful family reunification.
