Job Title: Residential Care Worker — Children’s Home
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

As a Residential Care Worker at Everbright Care, you will provide safe, nurturing and consistent care to children and young people aged 7-17.
You will support young people with their day-to-day routines, education, activities and emotional wellbeing, while helping them develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.

What you will be doing

• Support young people with daily routines and activities

• Build positive and trusting relationships

• Complete accurate records, as well as supporting care plans and risk assessments

• Attend training and team meetings

• Work alongside colleagues to maintain a safe homely environment to ensure children are being safeguarded at all times

What we are looking for

• Someone genuine, reliable and resilient with a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people

• Previous children’s residential experience is desirable

• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is desirable, or willingness to work towards the required qualification
